How do I book a test?
Open any package or test page and tap Book on WhatsApp. A message with your details is prepared for you; send it and our team confirms the slot.
Do I pay on the website?
No. This website has no cart, checkout or online payment. Payment is arranged directly with the collection team as per the confirmed booking.
Is home sample collection free?
Home collection is complimentary for most packages in our service cities. Any exception is confirmed before your slot.
How long do reports take?
Routine reports are typically ready within 24 to 48 hours of collection. Specialised tests may take longer; we tell you upfront.
Do I need to fast?
Fasting depends on the test. Each package and test page states the requirement — usually 10 to 12 hours for full body and lipid panels, with plain water allowed.
Can I book for my parents in another city?
Yes. Send us their name, address and preferred slot on WhatsApp and we will coordinate the visit in a serviced city.
Are the prices fixed?
Prices shown are indicative and may vary by location or current offer. The final amount is confirmed on WhatsApp before collection.
Will a doctor explain my report?
Reports are shared digitally. We can help you understand what a panel covers, but interpretation and treatment must come from a qualified doctor.
