Booking and coordination

You choose a panel here, we confirm the slot, price and preparation instructions over WhatsApp.

Home sample collection

A trained phlebotomist visits your address in our service areas and collects the sample.

Laboratory processing

Samples enter the Thyrocare logistics chain and are processed at a Thyrocare partner laboratory.

Report delivery

The laboratory issues the report; we forward the digital copy to you on WhatsApp and email.

Partner status is often oversold. Here is the honest boundary.

We are an independent business operating as an authorized collection center. We are not owned by, and are not a branch or subsidiary of, Thyrocare Technologies Limited.
Prices and offers on this site are ours. They are not quoted on behalf of the brand and can differ from other collection centers.
We do not run the laboratory, issue reports, or set reference ranges. Those belong to the processing laboratory.
We give no medical advice, diagnosis or interpretation. Take every report to a qualified doctor.
Package names used on this site are the brand's product names and remain its property.

Questions people ask about the collection center

How do I confirm you are a genuine Thyrocare collection center?

Ask us for our Authorised Service Provider code, shown on this page and on every booking confirmation we send. You can read it back to Thyrocare customer care and they will confirm whether the code is active. We will never ask you to skip that check.

Who actually processes my sample?

Our trained phlebotomist collects the sample at your home and it travels in the Thyrocare logistics chain to a Thyrocare partner laboratory for processing. The report is generated by the laboratory, not by us.

Are your prices the same as Thyrocare's own prices?

Not necessarily. Prices, bundles and offers on this website are set by us and can differ from other collection centers or from other booking channels. The price you see here is the price we confirm on WhatsApp before collection.

Whose name appears on the report?

Reports are issued by the processing laboratory in its own format and carry its accreditation details. We forward the digital report to you; we do not edit, re-issue or reinterpret it.

Can you explain my results?

No. We can tell you what a panel covers and how to prepare for it. Interpreting a result and deciding on treatment is a doctor's job, and no part of this website is a substitute for that.

What happens if a sample is rejected or a test fails?

It happens occasionally, usually because of sample volume, haemolysis or a preparation issue. We arrange a fresh collection at no extra collection charge and tell you plainly what went wrong.
